All transactions on Akra Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Akra Game supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:
Deposits are credited to your PKR account balance once the transaction is confirmed. Akra Game does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction.
Funds deposited must originate from a payment source that belongs to you. Deposits made using accounts or payment methods registered to third parties are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
PKR Always: There is no currency conversion on Akra Game. Your balance is always in PKR, deposits reflect in PKR, and all winnings are settled in PKR.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR back to the payment method used for the original deposit. Akra Game follows a same-source withdrawal policy to maintain transaction integrity. If your original deposit method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative verified method.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, Akra Game may require identity verification. This typically involves confirming your name, date of birth and the payment details associated with your account. This is a standard security measure to protect players and prevent unauthorised withdrawals.

Akra Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been violated or that the account poses a risk of harm to the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance held — including deposits, bonus funds and pending winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Akra Game will communicate the reason for closure where it is appropriate and legally permissible to do so.
Players may also request to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Where a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will be closed promptly and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to the player's verified payment method in PKR.
